When I am feeling angry, I feel like tearing down the whole building, throwing things and punching on something hard to release my anger. I will start to hate the person so much and try hard to forget that this person exists. I feel like bursting everything out to someone, but again, retaliate because I do not wish to share my problems to create more burdens. I would love to curse and swear, but I do not like it if others did the same to me. Sometime, I write my feeling in my dairy, the more I write, the more I feel that I don't deserve to be sad or angry. I will console myself somehow and return to my original self. However, this will only take hours to happen. Within that few hours, I will have to try hard to break that uncomfortable and fuck up feeling inside me, break it hard into pieces and meant it back all by myself. Never felt like that last time and started feeling like this ever since my new life, with a new partner, with a new surrounding and friends formed. Sometime it’s really unbearable and sucks, I feel like killing that person who hurt me and I feel like knocking his head and making him feel as pain as I do. But I did not, and bear it all by myself. It’s hurt badly, yet life has to move on. When I love someone so deeply, the more I will be hurt. Again, nothing I can do to force things to happen the way I want it to be. Life still has to move on. I only hope that this person will wake up one day and realize how much he has hurt me throughout the years. I can only bear with it as I chose to be with him. Unless one day things turn out way to hard for me to move on then I might turn my love into hurt into hate and finally leave him for good.

I haven't been exercising lately, feeling so unhealthy and weak.

Remembering the days when I exercised regularly with my friends...

How I wish tennis, swimming and cycling will be resumed...

I miss jumping into the cold water under the warm sun, wearing my bikini and putting layers of sun block lotion.

I miss holding my tennis racquet, swinging my arms and running after the balls.

I miss riding on a bicycle, riding past beautiful sceneries and riding against the wind.

I miss getting muscle cramps after a good and vigorous exercise.

Hey, sorry for missing so long. It has been tough and many things have happened for the past few months. Joy, sorrow, pain, sick, and whatever you can think of.

Well here I am appearing again, so I shall post out a few things to update you guys.

My life was good and beautiful until I was diagnosed with Hand Foot Mouth Disease. I started off getting a high fever, followed by very bad sore throat that caused me to lose my appetite. After which I started to find red dots on my hands and they are terribly painful and itchy. I was in pain for many days, and so I went to the doctor and was confirmed that I gotten HFMD. It was terrible, and luckily my parent and Jentson were there, supporting and looking after me. My mum was worried sick and she was also afraid that I will pass the disease to them; nevertheless, she still cooked for me and fed me medicine. I was in great pain, and I can't walk and do most of the daily stuffs. Jentson did most of the stuffs for me. My hands and feet were full of blisters, red and swollen. Jentson took great care of me. He cooked almost every night and never forgets to feed me medicine. I was very touched. I knew he was tired, yet, he still did so many things for me. Thank you sweety and thank you mum and dad for being there for me!

Pictures are real and scary. Right now, I still have some scars left behind. Doctor told me I am still not fit to work, and to be safe than sorry, I have to listen to the doctor's advice.

HFMD is very common in children, and because I am working in a children's environment, it is very common for me to get it. I just hope that parents (who have kids getting it) will understand HFMD is contagious, so please prevent your children from getting in contact with the public. Please prevent more children from getting HFMD. This disease is painful and deadly for children. Please be more considerate and stop the spreading of HFMD.

After a year or so, BX and April organized another BBQ gathering and this time round, we have 2 new friends joining us and they are Val and Taru. Welcome! Welcome! *clap clap clap*

Val and Taru were late. But they had fun chit chatting with us. As usual Jentson and I became the laughing-stock throughout the entire evening. They enjoyed watching us bickering and making fun of each other. How evil they are!?!

Anyway BBQ ended pretty well. The guys were busily cooking and preparing the food for the ladies. Ops! I have forgotten about April, who turned out to be a good chef. She cooked and cleaned up the whole area. She is one good wife to be wor!! haha

Coco and Milo spent the whole day sleeping. No one bothered to play with them except their mummy who constantly fed them and played with them while the rest were chit-chatting away. :) wink!!

Hey guys.. I am back after a long long time. I'm sure some of you have gotten sick of reading my old posts again and again. Pretty busy this few months and the reasons are that I have 2 puppies to look after with. Life is more hectic and tight, more time constraint and leisure moments are reduced. But still I enjoy every single time with my babies and love ones.

I just got back from a Cos Play event at Suntec. It was fun working with Valerie and Janice. I played the role as Freddy Krueger. I took part in the competition and although I didn't win, I enjoyed the crowds and also being the lime light during that moment. Valerie and I spent the whole time together and lots of photographers were busily snapping pictures away and we were event spotted by some Medias. It was a great exposure to be there performing and playing around with the props. After which, we made our way to Bugis as Val needed to change her boots. Since we were there, we went to up to level 2 to visit Peggy who was attending to her shop.

We didn't spend much time at Bugis as we were extremely tire. Headed back to Val and Taru's place where we had a good rest and chit chatted all the way until my fiancée arrived.

A sad news..

2 days ago, I just found out that my school mate Nicholas had just passed away. When I received the news, I was stunned. I felt so affected and I started to reflect those happy times we had in school; we had so much fun in class, disturbing one another and I could say he is one of the most charming guy in class.

Hai.. I just went through my school’s year book and tears roll down my face. Why is life so short for such a cheerful bubbly boy? The saddest thing is that we had lost contact for a long long time and the only time I remember was bumping into him at orchard which was like few years ago. I will never forget his smiley face as he looked at me. Sadly, we did exchange contact number but I lose it.

Anyway I can’t think of anything happy to say right now.

All I hope is that he will be fine up there. Goodbye Nick.

AWFUL!!!

Due to H1N1, every of my plans have to be cancelled. :(

So afraid of travelling to other affected countries and my dad has been constantly reminding me "NOT TO!!"

What the hell is this H1N1 doing to the people around the world man! It is causing peoples’ life at risk. What the hell!

Anyway readers, sorry for the late updates, but here are some precautions you should take to prevent H1N1 Swine Flu Virus.

1. Avoid crowded places, especially children!! Playgrounds or any play areas are the most affected area and if one gets it without knowing, he/she might spread the virus to others. Kids have low immune system, so be careful!!!

2. Wash your hands regularly, especially after coming back from other places. Best if you can bring along a bottle of hand sanitizer to kill germs.

3. Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough. Don't spread your germs to the public.

4. Stay home if you are sick or if you have to go out, wear a mask. If you are having a fever, please consult a doctor and get cure asap.

5. Keep updated on current recommendation and risk on H1N1.

Trying out homemade dog food???

Here are some ideas...:

Make sure all food has no salt content, because it will cause fur loss and give your dog moderate amount of food. :) Good luck to all dog's lovers and ME!

I have found a few great recipes, let me share with you guys!

Spaghetti for dinner?? Wow...

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs ground meat (beef, venison)
1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
1 can tomato sauce (no salt!)
1/2 can olives
1 small can mushrooms
Spices to taste (basil, oregano, garlic & pepper- no onions, except for human portion!)
2-3 cups frozen veggies (I use broccoli, carrots & cauliflower)
Olive oil

Procedures:

Boil water & 2 tsp. olive oil. Add noodles when boiling. Boil just a few tablespoons water in another pot, add frozen veggies, boil about 15 minutes and remove. Brown meat, seasoning with basil, oregano, a little pepper and a little garlic. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms & cut up olives. Remove 3/4 of meat mixture into three dog dishes to cool. Add more garlic & spices (onions if you wish) to remaining mixture to taste, and let simmer. Rinse noodles under cool water, divide equally into four bowls. Add remaining sauce to human portion. Serve with cooked veggies.

......................Not only can feed Milo, but mummy and daddy can have a share too! How wonderful!

Mmm.. how about baking Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats for your doggie??

Ingredients: (Nutrition)

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Add to Recipe Box

Customize Recipe
Add a Personal Note

Procedures:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Whisk together the flour, eggs, pumpkin, peanut butter, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add water as needed to help make the dough workable, but the dough should be dry and stiff. Roll the dough into a 1/2-inch-thick roll. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
Bake in preheated oven until hard, about 40 minutes.

These are a few healthy homemade dog food for your doggie...

Any homemade dog food diet must start with a source of protein and a source of carbohydrates. Potential protein sources for a homemade dog food diet are:
skinless chicken breast - roasted
ground beef - pan browned
pork loin - broiled
lamb chop - broiled
Atlantic salmon - baked
whole egg - hard boiled
cottage cheese
tofu

Potential sources of carbohydrates for homemade dog food diets include:
long-grained white rice - cooked
long-grained brown rice - cooked
white potatoes - baked, flesh and skin
sweet potatoes - baked, flesh only
spaghetti - enriched, cooked
oats - cooked
barley - pearled, cooked
couscous - cooked
tapioca - dry

However do not feed them food like:

-Chocolate which can cause seizures in dogs.
-Coffee and tea can cause similar problems as chocolate.
-Raisins and grapes can cause kidney failure.
-Nutmeg can also cause seizures.
-Raw eggs could contain salmonella, so they’re not worth the risk.
-Onions are not advised as they can interfere with blood circulation.
-Macadamia nuts can cause dogs to have tremors and lead to paralysis.
-Other food cautions include moldy foods, yeast dough and fruit pits. Many fruit pits contain cyanide.

A simple weekend for me and I am contented. Milo is fine, eating and sleeping well. Mummy is happy. I met up with Jamie and Angeline few days ago. Past few days, I was kinda upset, however everything is solved now. He forgives me and I am rejoiced at the privilege granted me. I will cherish it!

I am glad; I still meet up with Jamie despite of our busy schedules. Jamie is still as fair as snow white, as sweet as ever. She gave me a belated present and it's always something that I like. We had Shushi Tei and don't ever underestimate us, although we are both small and skinny, but we were able to finish up 70 over dollars meal. Clap clap clap! As for Angeline, we can simply talk about anything under the sun, so I always enjoy chilling up with her and even just a simple window shopping. She has a very good fashion sense. Angeline got me a lovely pouch as she thinks that I am a messy person. Indeed! I always carry big bag, and end up having a hard time looking out for my belongings. With that little pouch, I am able to keep my cosmetic clean and need. Ha-ha...

Wow! I think I am a lucky girl, who has so many good friends around me. During my birthday, I received many lovely birthday gifts, and seriously speaking, some are pretty costly. I hereby thank all ALL ALL my dearest friends for the loveliest, most beautiful special gifts!
